A domain registry,
driven from your own admin.
Most platforms that sell hosting stop at the boundary of the registrar. Someone still logs into a portal to buy the domain, another person updates the nameservers, and a transfer key arrives by email three days later. I removed that boundary: availability, purchase, renewal, nameservers, transfer keys and contact records are all driven through the national registry API from one Laravel admin. Nobody touches a registrar portal, because there is no longer a reason to.
The same platform provisions the cPanel account, deploys the site and seeds master data — with a separate database per client, so one customer can never reach another's data.

Understand.
We start with the goal, not the tech. What does the business actually need, what is it costing you today, and what does "fixed" look like in numbers? I would rather tell you the project is wrong than build the wrong thing well.
Measure.
Before changing anything, I find out what is really happening — query counts, slow paths, where the time and the money actually go. Opinions get replaced with numbers, and those numbers become the baseline we judge the result against.
Plan.
A clear scope, the right tools for the job, and a realistic path — usually starting with the smallest thing that proves the approach works. You get told what I am not doing, and why, as plainly as what I am.
Build.
Clean, tested code delivered in stages — you see working software early and can steer the whole way. No big-bang reveal at the end, no surprises on cutover day. The person you spoke to is the person writing it.
Harden.
Before handover I run a security and quality pass over what I built — at no extra cost, included as standard. Every third-party dependency is checked against known vulnerability advisories, static analysis catches the classes of bug that reach production, and I review the things that actually break systems: access control, data isolation, how secrets are handled. Most agencies bill this separately, or skip it. You get the report either way.
Support.
I don't disappear at launch. You get the person who built it, not a ticket queue — and software made to keep working without me. If the numbers from step two have not moved, the job is not finished.
I've spent my career in startup and product environments, which taught me to connect technical decisions to real business outcomes and to stay flexible as priorities shift. I care about clean, test-driven code and clear communication — the kind that means a non-technical client always knows what's happening and why.
Lately, much of my work sits at the intersection of Laravel and AI: building features that used to be impossible or impractical, reliably enough to trust with real business data. I'm based in Ahmedabad, India, and work remotely — keeping hours that overlap the European and North American working day.
Who actually writes the code?
I do. The person you talk to on the first call is the person in your codebase. There is no account manager relaying messages, and no junior quietly picking up the work after the contract is signed. Where a project genuinely needs more hands, I bring in developers from partner firms — and I tell you plainly who they are, who employs them, and you interview them before they start.
Can I hire you as a dedicated developer rather than for a project?
Yes. A monthly retainer buys a fixed share of my week, embedded in your team — your standups, your board, your codebase. Interview me first; I would rather you did.
Where are you based?
Ahmedabad, India. I work remotely with clients in Europe and North America. I mention it up front because you would find out anyway, and because it is not a problem I need to hide — it is a set of hours we agree.
