Closing the seam where someone still does it by hand

Most platforms have a place where automation stops and a person opens another tab. That seam is where the product quietly breaks its promise.

How it works

I have integrated a national domain registry end to end — availability, purchase, renewal, nameservers, transfer keys, contacts — so a hosting platform never needs a registrar portal. Also cPanel provisioning, Twilio for emergency video, a payment processor migration with no lost transactions, Netvisor invoicing, Visma Sign signatures, and continuous PRH/YTJ registry sync.

The pattern is the same across all of them. The API is documented; that is not the hard part. The hard part is a write that times out when you do not know if it landed, or an external source of truth your database quietly disagrees with.

What you get
  • Idempotent writes — safe to retry when you do not know what landed
  • Reconciliation against the source of truth, not your cache
  • Escalation paths for failures that are business decisions
