Multi-tenant association platform with per-tenant cPanel and database isolation
A cloud association management system where every association runs in its own isolated cPanel account with a separate database, file storage and uploads — covering bulletins, meetings, attendance, billing and KYC.
Associations hold member data they are accountable for, so "can another association see our files?" has to have an architectural answer, not a policy one. A shared schema could not provide it.
Gave each tenant its own cPanel account, database and file storage, so isolation is structural rather than enforced by a query filter. Built member organisation via groups and tags, meeting scheduling with invites and attendance tracking, bulletins and notes, plus products, billing, invoices and payments. Added customer self-registration with profile and KYC maintenance, and reusable templates for recurring communication.
Each association operates in a fully isolated environment — separate database, separate storage — while running bulletins, meetings, billing and member management from one platform.
