Hosting operations meant staff logging into cPanel and a registrar portal by hand for every account, domain and DNS change. Each manual step is a chance to misconfigure something, and none of it scaled.
Automated cPanel account creation, storage and usage management, and DNS updates through the cPanel API. Integrated the Traficom domain API to handle purchasing, renewal, nameserver changes, transfer keys, and network administrator and domain contact management — all driven from the portal.
Hosting and domain operations run entirely from one portal: accounts provision automatically, and domains are bought, renewed and reconfigured without touching cPanel or a registrar interface.
