Laravel Development, Performance & AI Services
and total clarity on who builds it.

What I can do, I tell you plainly. What I cannot, I connect you with a partner agency that can — good, responsible developers who do that work full time. Between us the whole thing is covered, and you always know which of us is doing what.

Two parties, one owner

I build what I build. The partner agency builds the rest. I stay the technical owner and your single point of contact across both — you are never handed off into a void.

You always know which

This page is grouped by who delivers the work, not by what sounds impressive. Nothing on it is quietly subcontracted and presented as mine.

Scope is judged, not sold

Some of the pages below exist to talk you out of something. Being told what not to buy is worth more than being sold all of it.

100% transparency

You get the bad news in writing.

Most of what goes wrong on a project goes wrong quietly. Something was never achievable and got sold anyway; something slipped and nobody said so until the deadline arrived. Both are avoidable, and avoiding them is a commitment I make up front.

If it is not possible

You get a written report saying so, and why — the technical reason, the constraint behind it, and what the realistic alternative is. Not a version of it built anyway so the invoice still lands.

If it needs more time

You get a proper written explanation of what the estimate missed and what the revised position is — while there is still time to decide something. Silence until the deadline is not a status update.

Either way, one owner

The report comes from me whether the work is mine or the agency's. Accountability does not transfer along with the task.

Design

1 service

A real capability rather than a bolt-on: the interface files and the front-end build that matches them, from the same place. Brand strategy and identity are not part of it — the agency handles those.

UI/UX & web design

Design files you can build from, or a build that already matches them

Figma or XD files, and the HTML build to match — turned around fast.

Delivered with the partner agency

2 services

Work that deserves people who do it full time. I bring in the partner agency — good, responsible developers — and stay the accountable owner of the engineering. You are never handed off into a void.

DevOps & infrastructure

I can get your application live. I am not your SRE.

I deploy and run what I build. Beyond that, partner engineers who do this full time.

Marketing & growth

I am an engineer. Your marketing deserves a marketer.

Not my field. I build the technical foundation the agency needs, and introduce one.

Straight answers

1 service

Sometimes the useful answer is that you do not need the thing you came to buy. These pages say so, in the same words I would use on a call.

Blockchain & Web3

I have not shipped a blockchain product, and I will not pretend otherwise.

I have not shipped this. An honest read on whether you need it, and who to ask.

How the partner arrangement actually works — who you interview, who employs them, and who stays accountable — is set out on the partners page.
