I am an engineer. Your marketing deserves a marketer.
Engineers who describe themselves as full-service marketers are usually describing a landing page and an opinion. I would rather be useful in the part I am actually good at, and hand you someone who does the rest properly.
What I do not do: campaign strategy, positioning, brand, copywriting, paid acquisition, or content calendars. I have opinions about all of them and none of those opinions should be the basis of your budget.
What I do handle is everything a marketing team needs to exist underneath their work, and which quietly wastes their budget when it is missing. Site performance, because acquisition spend on a slow page is money spent twice. Technical SEO done properly — crawlable structure, correct canonicals, structured data that matches what is actually on the page, a sitemap that stays current on its own. Analytics and conversion tracking wired so the numbers can be trusted. Landing pages that load fast and are genuinely editable without a developer, so the agency is not blocked on my calendar.
For the marketing itself, I work with an agency I can introduce you to. Same principle as the engineering partners: you deal with them directly and judge them on their own record, rather than paying me a margin to forward emails.
