01 — Challenge
Route planning with points of interest along the way is a geospatial problem, not a list problem: "what is near my route" has to stay fast as trips get long.
02 — Approach
Built trip, stop and route modelling in Laravel behind a React Native client, structuring point-of-interest lookup around the route geometry so suggestions stay relevant to where the user is actually going.
03 — Impact
Users plan multi-stop journeys with amenities on the map, save trips for later, and share them.
