01 — Challenge
Availability is per employee, per service and per time slot at once — and a double-booking is a customer standing in a salon with nobody to see them.
02 — Approach
Built employee management with availability modelled per stylist, so customers book against real free slots rather than requesting a time and hoping.
03 — Impact
Customers book a named stylist for a specific service at a time that is genuinely available.
