Cocktail recipe builder with social sharing

An app for building cocktail recipes with full ingredient lists, sharing them to social media, and browsing other users' public creations.

01 — Challenge

Recipes are structured data pretending to be prose — ingredients, quantities and steps all need to be queryable, while still rendering as something a person wants to read and share.

02 — Approach

Modelled recipes and ingredients as structured records rather than free text, with public/private visibility and social sharing built on top.

03 — Impact

Users build and publish structured cocktail recipes, and browse what others have shared.
