A document system where client organisations manage their own users, upload documents and sub-documents against categories and templates, and get alerted before anything expires.
A document that expired without anyone noticing is the entire failure mode this product exists to prevent. It also had to be genuinely multi-tenant: client admins managing their own users without seeing each other.
Built tenant-scoped administration so each client admin manages their own users, with documents and sub-documents structured by category and template. Added expiry tracking with alerting ahead of the date, so the deadline surfaces while there is still time to act.
