A directory is only worth anything at the moment of intent — the path from finding a business to contacting or scheduling with it has to be immediate.
02 — Approach
Built business listing administration with customer-facing browsing, wiring scheduling and contact routing directly into the listing.
03 — Impact
Customers find a business and act on it — scheduling or contacting — without leaving the listing.
