Water management inspection system with tenant-scoped task workflows

An inspection platform where client organisations manage their own users, and administrators create inspection tasks that those users complete in the field.

Client — a Dutch water management provider My role — Backend & API developer, client communication Team — 2 people
01 — Challenge

Inspection data is only useful if it is complete and attributable, and the tenancy model had to let each client organisation run its own users without any cross-visibility.

02 — Approach

Built nested tenancy — platform admin creates clients, client admins create their own users — with task creation at the admin level and structured answer capture by field users. Worked directly with the client throughout, translating operational requirements into the task and answer model.

03 — Impact

Water management inspections run as structured, attributable tasks across multiple isolated client organisations.
