An ERP covering a construction site end to end — work planning, daily worker reports, offer generation from preset plans, invoicing and legally binding document signing.
Construction sites do not fit a generic ERP. Offers had to be generated from preset work plans with heavy per-customer customisation, and invoicing and signing had to integrate with the Finnish tooling the business already ran on.
Built the site lifecycle from planning through daily reporting to close-out, with offer generation driven by reusable preset work plans. Integrated Netvisor for invoicing and Visma Sign for legally binding document signature, so finance and contracts stayed inside the systems the client already used.
Construction sites are managed from initial planning to final invoice in one system, with offers built from presets and documents signed digitally.
