Secure legal case management with private per-user document storage
A case management system for sensitive legal matters, with detailed case records, threaded updates, and a private document store visible only to its owner and the super admin.
Legal case files are confidential by default. "Private" had to mean enforced at the data layer, not a UI convention — and the audit position had to be defensible.
Built large structured case forms with a comment and update trail as matters progress, and a personal document store where uploads are visible only to the owning user and the super admin. Access control is enforced server-side on every read, so privacy does not depend on the interface hiding things.
Sensitive legal cases are managed with a full update history and a document store where confidentiality is enforced rather than assumed.
