A defibrillator with an expired pad is worse than no defibrillator, because someone is relying on it. The system had to make an overdue device impossible to miss, and every inspection had to be attributable to a named person.
Built Super Admin, Manager and Inspector roles with facility assignment, so people only see the devices they are responsible for. Tracked battery and pad expiry with rolling 90-day alerting, and captured inspections with replacement status, photos, comments and digital signatures. Added manager-level expiry alerts, missed-inspection warnings and monthly summaries, plus generated compliance reports covering inspected devices, upcoming expiries and overdue replacements.
Organisations can evidence that every AED was inspected, by whom, and when — with overdue devices and upcoming expiries surfaced before they matter.
